Can clean the outside of the car fine. When they changed owners the service seemed to slowly get worse - also they are constantly trying to sell their 'polish and wax' for a ridiculously expensive price! Don't fall for the up sell..
Went there on 23/12/18 early morning and dropped off the car but didnt got the quality of service. Don't waste your money. Gave the car for an inside and outside clean. They charged me $130 and didn't even bother to vacuum the carpets properly and clean the leather seats. When I complained I was simply met with a look of disapproval and a cold stare, and they told me your car seats need a shampoo and wash cost etc. No standard of professionalism or even an apology .Never go back and wont recommend any one.

Worst place never again will I go back . This is actually called star car wash , dont no if they have changed owners . I brought a voucher for my mum she went to use and and they said not sure if we can use that this is not valid maybe it wont work and u will have to pay cash just making it hard for her as obviously I've already paid so there not making any money today . Made her wait 3 hours , I went to pick it up suddenly the voucher worked the car had grease dirt Marks still around the door my finger was black he then came and used his cloth for a second around the car still leaving the grime . When I opened the car was not vacumed properly still cigarette ash on the ground he said yeah if you want this cleaned need to do steam clean pay more I said no vacum it and suddenly it was clean . Lazy workers do notttttt recommended this place I could have done a better job paying $6 at the local car wash ! Rude and lazy workers maybe if I was there nationality they would have done a better job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dropped off my car, wasnt that dirty but wanted it looking nice. Got this text message about two hours later;Dear John, your vehicle is now ready for collection. Kindly check your vehicle prior to leaving and let us know if we have missed anything.Returned to pick car up, paid $55.00, got in the car and noticed the rear window was still dirty. My wife said, let the staff know, so I did. And to my amazement he replied, thats not part of the wash, you need to pay extra for the back window to be cleaned I thought, is this guy for real!!!Had to clean the back window myself when I got home.Will never go back!!!
