To the people cracking it at such long waits, be thankful there is a clinic there!I have been coming to Narregate for almost 10 years, yes I have personally had bad experiences, but the good certainly outweigh the bad.To the ones barking about Karen Lake RECENTLY, shes no longer at the clinic so take your gripe off when it is not relevant.Have patience.People may go before you in line, but you dont know their situation or if they have requested a specific doctor.I can not fault nor thank enough Adriana (receptionist) and Ash (nurse), and pathology nurse, and Dr Rina tonight. Literally feel like you ladies saved my life tonight. Thank you.
Narregate pharmacy was an absolute disgrace. I have been having issues trying to gain access to one of my medications and after calling around this was the only pharmacy which had my medication... after the service I received I honestly would have rather died from not taking my medication then to be served by the rude and arrogant pharmacist ever again. She didnt take one second of her time to listen to my situation and instead cut me off and continued to rudely state that there are alternatives to the medication. Which if she had listened to me at the start she would have known I couldnt have due to my allergies. I was then charged $19 for my medication which I last payed $9.50 for at another small pharmacy like narregate. I am absolutely appalled by the way the lady treated me. so much for customer service!
Very unprofessional practice. Docyors have a massive attitude problem and when uou ask questions their response is 'not waste my time' or 'I can't see you'. They charge based on the attire you wear or what ethnicity you belong to. When I asked the receptionist what their charges are, she had nothing to provide me. She said it's up to each doctor. There should be a royal commission on these people.
Everyone should remember that this is a public doctors not private, and if it seems someone comes in, and goes before you, like I do I find if I have a long wait to see my doctor I come in and have my name put down, then go and sit in my car, then come back in. These doctors are great some you may not like but you do not to see that doctor again, it is your choice. So please don't complain, if you don't like them go somewhere else.
This medical clinic is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist was ridiculously rude and spoke downgradingly. The experience made me highly uncomfortable and and made me want to never come here again. If that wasnt enough, the ladies at the reception of the pharmacy were even worse. There were two of them who were busy chatting amongst each other even though one of them saw me standing at the register ready to pay for my prescriptions. She saw me and yet she chose to ignore it and took a seat to avoid serving us. After being told to serve us by the lovely pharmacist, one of the ladies, who was named Tracey, came to serve us but no apology or remorse was evident. And while serving us, she still continued chatting with her friend. Overall experience was shocking and embarrassing on their behalf. Would not recommend.
