WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT THIS TARGET!! We have purchased online many times, KMart being one of our favourites however, TARGET CASEY CENTRAL... what a shocking experience. Ordered 5 small items online, one week later still no text to collect. Went into store, they had 2 of the items and advised that the other 3 were not available but should arrive within next 48 hours. WAITED WAITED!! Still no text so I phoned their Customer Solutions who tracked our order only to find that Target did in fact have 4 of the 5 items and the 5th one arrived yesterday... Today Still no text from TARGET so I phoned Customer solutions again who once again advised that all 5 items are in. Obviously the staff at Target don't know how or are just too damn lazy to do their jobs and check if items are in stock. In the past I have needed assistance when shopping in their store, you look around and their is nobody in site. I have also experienced waiting at their customer service counter...I tell you no lie... for approx. 40 minutes waiting for assistance. I had approached 2 other staff members who advised that they could not assist me and I will just have to wait for someone to come out at customer service counter. HOW SHOCKING IS THIS!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. WELL DONE TO KMART IN FOUNTAIN GATE AND CRANBOURNE. OUR ORDER WAS READY TO COLLECT WITHIN 48 HOURS AND YOUR SERVICE WAS AWESOME. THEY NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY. AWESOME KMART. TARGET CASEY CENTRAL... YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND TELL THEM TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS!!

Clean store but not enough staff every time I go here Im waiting too long to be served a lone server with 6 customers waiting only asked for help after I suggested it!! The only way a retail store will survive over online shopping is good service
Target is following kmart's lead. They offer quality, value for money products. I have bought many things now and am very happhy with them. They fill an important niche at Casey central, extremely good value for money and quality.
Great target. Clean and staff are friendly. Doesn't have such a wide selection as other targets but still has enough for whatever you need. Like all Target store, the price is a little higher than what you might originally expect but if you're ok with that, why not give it a try.
