Other than the expensive pricing of fuel, I like going to Caltex Fountain Gate, service has always been great, realised it's not the staff that set the fuel price at this store it's the people who sit on their butts in some glass office tower that don't live in the real world. Nice clean store.
Friendly customer service. Ample fuel pumps. Looks like a milk bar star service station. Has near by car wash. Food and drinks available. Very open inside. ATM available near by. Easy access from roadway
Staff is friendly and helpful but they need to train the staff a little more. Had a Woolworth gift card that I wanted to use but the staff didnt knew how it worked, So I had to pay by cash. Other than this, store is clean and well maintained. Fuel price is a little high comparing to other fuel stations but Caltex always sell on high price from market.
