The usual selection of Bunnings stuff. The store is reasonably well laid out. The staff are helpful if you can find one. The garden centre is well stocked with plants.
Another Bunnings with grumpy old men. I had to travel a long way to get what I was looking for as my local small Bunnings didn't stock it. I was also hoping the staff would be nicer! Anyway it gets 2 stars because the young woman in the paint department was helpful.
Ive been going here for many years. If Im getting spray paint or something I need to ask about I cringe. 3 times in a row Ive gotten attitude for asking for the paint cabinet to be opened. Ive had workers nearby the cabinet telling me I need to ask paint desk. Ive gone straight to paint desk to be given attitude telling me one of the workers was just there. Ive even had an eye roll when asking for it to be opened. And Im a friendly person.The only 2 genuine employees Im happy to see and who have a consistent mood are the older small lady who is usually is the gardening section, and a young guy who is often in gardening too, but he moves around a lot. Always friendly. If it wasnt my local one I would go elsewhere and not return at all.
Fountaingate Bunnings is good. Ample of staff to help, enough stock and variety of options to choose. In comparison to near by area stores, it is a big store and well arranged. Plants section is well maintained and under sail. Store can be super busy at times , due to location of large shopping centre.
This is really busy place. Yet the customer service is really good. Someone will be out there to help to take an informed decision on the producing you are buying. It is much nicer if the toilets are cleaner. Of course it's not the management but the people who use it.
