Dont try call them ever! I called this store today about 4 times within the hour hour and half to check stock availability on a product and i didn't get though at all. I called 2 other stores and nothing. I understand if the staff are busy but to not answer the phone after that long and multiple stores. Management really need to sort out a better phone system. (message bank clearly is not working for them because i didn't get a call back still 4 hours later)
If you want a salt lamp or a table this place seems to have both. My issue can only come from the salt lamp costing $50 if you are not a member however if you are it costs $19 with that sort of transparency in their profit margin you feel sort of deceived from the start and it gets you wondering if they can mark up more that 100% cost price on that, what else has so much inflation on it that you don't see? Deals like this need to go away, if you want to lure us in a 5 or 10 dollar discount would have worked, even just a 25% discount and then make your products price reasonable in the first place, I don't assume anyone pays the $50 in the end however that sort of retail trickery leaves a nasty taste in your mouth that is just unnecessary.That being said staff are nice and their range is good

Love this shop. Great gift ideas and such a lot of variety. Jewellery is quite a good price and plenty to choose from. Good doscounts too. If you want something different this shop will have it.
