I was very nervous shopping for an engagement ring. I went to a few different jewellers but I returned to solitaire because they were all very helpful and I didn't feel any pressure. The custom design was perfect and I had peace of mind knowing that I could make any alterations if my partner wasn't 100% satisfied.
My wife and I took our wedding rings into Solitaire Jewellery at Casey Central to get them re-sized and cleaned. The staff were very welcoming, professional and made us feel reassured that our rings were in good hands. We were kept informed during the re-sizing process and when we went into the store to pick up our rings we were both blown away with the finished result. Went in to the Fountain Gate store look at engagement rings after receiving a rough quote via email from Solitaire. Sales lady Dom? Was wonderful and really helpful, showing us different options and being pleasant in general. Asked us if wed looked anywhere else or gotten quotes. Showed her a quote from a wholesaler and the jeweller Sam Came out to check it out. Was immediately defensive and very rude. Told me to go buy the ring from the other store numerous times and walked away. No way to win business, obviously Ive come in for a reason and getting quotes from other stores is normal.If I had asked you to match the price or asked why your diamonds were the price you quoted, different story, but I didnt. Maybe next time try to win the customer with your knowledge and skills instead of telling a customer to go purchase a diamond somewhere else. Would not go back there regardless of how nice the sales lady was.
Best customer service by far. Love the fact that their honest, explain processes and their range of jewellery is just divine! Recommend them? YES! Will I be shopping there again? Definitely
