staffs are friendly, but their manager ,a blond middle length lady is very rude and impatience. Eventually she didnt familiar with return policy by online purchase. She said "I wont refund you!"with arrogant attitude even I told her the customer service team asked her to make refund to me before I came. Shame on you! You should be fired
