I am fuming right now. My son bought me some shoes from the Narre Warren store on Friday as a gift. Obviously he was not buying them for himself and your salesgirl did not inform him of an apparent no refund policy. As it turned out the shoes were the wrong size but also not really my style. We went back into the store today to return the shoes as I didn't like anything else in the store and were refused a refund. I feel that my son was taken advantage of and am not happy that he was given a credit note as there is nothing I want to buy from your store, especially now! Wouldn't have even given one star in this review but I had to in order to post it.
Marco Gianni or Dogi-ani?The shoes are made in China (which can be seen on some on the shoes with a 'Made in PRC' sticker) with an italian name to trick people into thinking that they sell a quality product when really the quality is absolutely terrible and every corner is cut where possible.The salespeople are lovely and try their absolute hardest to help any customer that walks through the door and appear to be on a first name basis with many of there regular customers; however they never have any sizes, and when shoes are ordered in from another store it can take well over two weeks for these shoes to arrive. It's completely unprofessional and a poor excuse for a business. I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago which still aren't at the Fountain Gate store and when I went to pick them up from another store they weren't there either due to miscommunication between stores. The two girls I dealt with in the stores were absolutely lovely and this is no reflection on them rather than a company that sells a product that they apparently can't then re-stock. I recommend shopping and putting your hard earned money into a reputable company's pockets instead.
Worst service I have ever received, your money is better spent elsewhere with the money that they are asking for non leather shoes even though the sales people lie and say the entire shoe is leather. The sales people couldnt even tell me where they are made!!
