I tried calling yesterday to book a massage as for my birthday my fiends brought me a voucher I called 11 times and left 2 messages with no response even the next day this is terrible business and definitely will not get my business
Everytime I go to any Endota spa I always get the nicest people and they are welcoming too.When i leave i feel great and relax. I always like going to them when i have the time :)

Made an appointment, a family emergency arose and all they could say was "you are in breach of the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy...my appointment was at 11.30... I notified them at 9.00am... Surprise Surprise..I won't ever come back now! Very Brand Damaging! Your staff need an education in "Customer Service"
