Not impressed with either flight centre at fountain gate. Called one to make an appointment 1pm on a Sunday and got a we are currently closed answering machine. Called the other one and made an appointment. The guy helping us didnt want to quote us. Told us to wait for the expo and when we forced the issue saying we wanted quotes he said he would email me. Still waiting 6 days later. Contacted Flight Centre in Cranbourne on Sunday via email and got quotes on Tuesday. Poor for fountain gate flight centres
If you know how to to use online flights and holiday bookings you will save hundreds maybe thousands of dollars.
The fat lady Shontelle at the desk is an absolute disgrace to customer service. She was acting like its such a pain to find and compare prices of my flight. She definitely need few lessons about customer service. Wish i could rate her ZERO stars! Such a shame for flight Centre!
Convenient and easy to get to. Helpful staff but there was a mistake made on our booking which they couldnt fix (we did at the hotel.. they booked the wrong type of room). Some of the hotels they suggest aren't very good but you have to know what your looking for. If you like using a booking agent then they are fine... just know what the costs are and do somw research.
