Ordered online and spent $115, then delivered the wrong pizza. The horrible girl who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that it was my fault, despite the fact the online order was clear and i had the copy! After this girl sarah continued to hang up on me, i finally said if u do not put ur manager on i will come up there! After then saying they will provide the correct pizza, she phoned back 10 minutes later to inform me that if i want the pizza i will have to go and collect it! Terrible customer service and we will not be ordering from them again. Suggest management look into training their staff with customer service skills, sadly lacking at this store.
Pizza here is constantly good. Never oily or any leftovers
You cannot beat their deluxe supreme. I have been eating at only this pizza place since it opened. Pity the prices have increased though. But for good product you must pay.
Big Al's pizzas are really nice and tasty. We usually order from them and their toppings are quite generous. Keep on with the good work guys.
Ordered my pizza at 8pm and didn't receive it till 9:40pm! Called twice only to be told that the driver has already left. Not to mention the shop was a 5 minute drive from my house. If I knew it would take that long I would've gone and got it myself! And the pizza wasn't even cut into pieces. Never again
