I was with other people who went in, but I was tired so I stayed in the car by the entrance. It's a decent entrance. My friends are keen birders, and apparently this park is excellent for a variaty of bird life (or at least when we visited), so that's good. I like that there are info pamphlets (which can be borrowed and then returned before leaving), and nice choice laminating for pamphlet longevity.
The bush walking was a challenge Ive walk them all tracks like goat tracks sides of rocks lots gums every Aus wild life do yourself a favor do it
This an amazing place and a nice hike. Better time to go is sunset, don't miss sitting on the rock and enjoy the view!!
Great views over the surrounding valleys during most of the trail (farms and native forests) with rock promontories. With the right weather, mica looks like speckles of silver on the ground. Some beautiful large rocks along the way. Short walk (4 km) but great views.Recommended!
