The staff and service at Barry Plant Narre Warren is awful. I know people who have been severely mistreated by them and landlords who only cared about money. They have ripped my partner off considerably, taking way more of his bond than they should without giving him the chance to fix the issues and going straight to a hearing without contacting him first. The staff are also incredibly disorganised and are terrible at communicating. They threatened to evict my partner for issues such as having cobwebs around some of the windows. Would not recommend renting from these people. Thoroughly disgusted with their treatment of clients.
