Upon viewing and applying for a rental property recently, i was not notified as to wether my application had even been processed. Upon ringing stockdale and leggo regarding my application, 0ne week later, i was told over the phone that i had been unsuccessful. Unprofessional on you part, Stockdale and Leggo!!
Rental department needs to be more strict on bad tenants. Multiple calls and emails didn't fix the problem over 6 years.. 2011-2017. I don't have a problem with people renting as long as they respect the neighbourhood and most tenants around here do. As a property owner I have a right to protect my privacy and my investment. I AM NOT GOING TO BE BULLIED ON MY OWN PROPERTY and in my neighbourhood by some trash tenants.
Great and professional staff both in sales and rentals. We sold our house last year through them and Robert was fantastic. For the last year we have been renting through them and Kealy has been amazing and we feel as valued tenants. From day 1, it has been a hassle-free experience: our maintenance requests have been actioned immediately, constant follow-ups etc. We plan to buy a rental property in the near future and there's no other agency we want to lease it through. Keep up the good work!
Although I'm yet to purchase a property, the sales team have gone above and beyond to answer all of my many enquiries. Once the right house comes along I know that I'll be in safe hands to make the biggest financial decision in my life to date. Nothing to fault here.
