Bought 2 2. in 1 exhaust fan / light combo. Was told top quality 2 year guarantee . Worked for 1 month before light stopped working so I currently have no light in bathroom and cant use bathroom at night.(They are a custom LED so cant be replaced with anything else.) Rang to advise store and come in and swap as item was near new (was used 3 times as I only moved In one month after install) Store wasnt interested , wouldnt swap and insisted I speak to manufacturerSo now Ill have to take a day off work and wait for some to come and inspect , ring around to chase up a replacement for something I used 3 timesAustralian Ligniting were happy to profit from the sale of the product but had no interest in after sale service - terrible ...I could ve bought the same item online for less, ( eBay and other online electrical stores sell the same item) but thought it would be better to buy from store in case there was a problem .Avoid this place. !!!

Friendly and honest staff and service. Wanted cool light halogen globes, which they did not have in stock. They checked with few and gave me a quote. Following day they informed that they found a supllier who supplied the globes about $ 20 cheaper than the initial quote. Which was a very good outcome and they delivered the items as promised.
