Great buch of people there, good range of flooring, and knowlagable, prices are competative.
Disappointed with the customer service. I went to the shop Saturday the 19th February 2019. I went there and wondered around for at least 10 minutes. there was a guy at the desk but he didnt bother himself to offer any help!He was arrogant! I wont recommend this place !Keep away!
Could improve on the cutomer service aspect.
Me (after I was transferring on the phone to a 'sales' consultant' today):Hi How are you?Consultant:Good How are you?Me: I'm good thank you, I'm actually calling to to enquire about your Majestic 3553 for 36 square meters for my place in Narre Warren, I was just enquiring about what the prices would be for materials and installation if its available..Consultant: Well I'm not sure. The price for installation is $85 per meter square. I cant tell you if thats correct because it depends of how many square meters you would need, it could be cheaper i'm not sure. And I can't tell you if we could do it because I don't know if its available and I would have to find that out..I cleared my day today to visit Choice Flooring as I'd seen a color that we liked. Pinning my hopes onto the call, I was sure I could speak with someone who would assist me and at least seem like they want to help. My day was wasted and the call made me feel like an insignificant consumer.Choice Flooring, you already have a bad rating on Google, despite this I attempted to contact you because I liked your products. Unfortunately I was let down and the ratings were proved correct.Customer service at its worst. Sorry, just not good enough Choice Flooring.
Zero customer service. Walked in a couple of weeks ago and looked around for about 10 minutes. There were 2 people working, one was on his mobile phone and the lady was busy staring at the computer screen. No greetings or acknowledgement at all even though there were probably only 3 customers in the place. Wont be going there again.
