Staff are useless. System says they have 8 Jetboil Flash in stock, but staff couldn't be bothered looking for them (not busy in store at all) so told me to fill out an order form and they'll call me when they find it. WHAT?!
The supervisor there was very rude and unhelpful after bringing in a faulty product. I asked him to check the product and he became very angry telling me to come during the weekend because he was too "busy". Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy anything from them seeing as they refuse to take responsibility for faulty products and are very unfriendly towards customers.
26-12-18. Staff at Anaconda are never willing to accept responsibility for any faults with products they sell. Blamed us for damage to products. Mocking young staff and misogynistic management. My wife purchased and was returning the product. However, the manager only addressed me when finally offering some solutions to the problem. Their products were not fit for purpose. Go to any other store but here. Ray's or BCF will be better choices. We were going to purchase hiking shoes here, but after our treatment today, we went to Fountain Gate to buy.
Very rude personnel. The staff are kidding the customers. The products are low quality. If you buy a faulty product, they will never accept it as faulty. Very bad experience wit buying in this store. Don't waste your time and money there.
