The manager spoke harshly to the woman before me when she asked if they had any kids clothes as it was in a seperate store in the centre & was then condescending towards me when I asked a few questions about my membership to clarify. She treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the answers already which was disappointing.The other staff however were lovely and were willing to assist and otherwise well presented store.
