Amazing vibe in the studio! The facility is excellent and complete for every workout you do. Trainers there are great on pushing you to do more than your capable with. Highly recommended group training facility.
The atmosphere in this gym is great its really positive and very welcoming. Im coming back to training after a lengthy lay off with injuries from football and all of the trainers have been fantastic with their coaching and modifying exercises to reduce strain on my body and this has built great faith in me that this approach will work. Looking forward to the next session!
My first F45 class was amazing! The workouts are always really varied and I can always feel all of my muscles working! The trainers are so lovely and welcoming, its a really nice environment and everyone is so friendly. Its like no gym class ive ever been to before! Really glad Ive signed up at Narre Warren!
Almost one week into trying F45 (Narre Warren) and I absolutely love it! The crew are so encouraging and the classes are always different, which keeps it interesting. I love the circuit- style training! Woud recommend to anyone! Especially if you want a challenge :)
I have just joined F45. I was not a gym person at all. The team at Narre Warren are friendly, supportive in every way. The trainers are focused on making you be the best you can be. This motivates me to push myself which I never got from a other gyms. On top of that the atmosphere is friendly, social and positive. The ever changing classes keeps things interesting.
