Mid core gym one of the bigger jets gym
This is not my normal Jetts that I go to so at first I was not sure if it would be alright or not. But I was very pleased with the amount of equipment that had on offer here and they even had a little bit more compared to my normal Jetts up north. I will be going back here for sure.
This Jetts is my go to place to train. It's not the biggest of gyms but it has a very dedicated and lovely staff crew willing to help out members of all shapes and sizes.They also have an In-Body scan to measure almost every metric of the body to see where you stand with fitness and where you can improve. I've used this machine twice now and it's been a great indicator of my current state and where I need to go be at that next level. If you need a gym to train at, I highly recommending Jetts Mt Warren as it's what you need.
Although the gym has been extended they do not offer many more variety of machines. One I would like to see is a stair machine as opposed to more treadmill or different bike machines. Free weights could be more gradual as you get to 40kg they jump in 5 kg increments instead of 2 or 2.5kg increments. Gym is always clean and staff friendly with a small gym/ family friendly environment. Staff often try to get everyone involved in events such as Easter egg hunts ect. Gym has definitely got enough members to justify some new equiptment. Times to avoid are after work mon-Tuesday as you will struggle to get a machine. Crowds die down towards end of the week.
Staff are always friendly, great selection of both free and machine weights. Gym not too large that you get "lost" amongst the crowd. Other members are friendly and willing to help.
