Super amazing customer service from the young woman taking orders at the drive through today So polite and friendly
Worst kfc ever ordered a 3 piece box only to get home and see I had a chicken tenders box went back to get the right box which they almost done got home the second time and they didnt put the dinner roll in. My next visit there they were running out of chicken (20 minute wait) wasn't even busy the car in front of me left I ordered my 3 piece box no problem pain went to collect then they tell me they only had two pieces and could they give me a tender. Hell could of told me before I paid would of just went to hallam kfc.
Soggy chips. Asked for fresh ones. And still hot charged after they were paid for!!
DO NOT TAKE NOTICE OF THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED KFC THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !! THEY HAVE PLENTY OF STAFF BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! I WALKED IN THERE TO BUY A 1 ZINGER BOX AND BY THE TIME I WAS GIVEN MY ZINGER BOX IT TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES AND THEY WERE NOT THAT BUSY ! I REMEMBER GOING THERE 2 YEARS AGO AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED!! AVOIDED COMING HERE !!!HALLAM KFC IS MUCH BETTER, LESS STAFF BUT MUCH MORE ORGANIZED!!
Food was quickly given to us and nothing was out of place. Chips were seasoned just right and the chicken wasnt under or over done. Will not hesitate if going back.
