Would not even give this place a 1 star rating. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Food that was displayed in the online orders website was not available. Ordered a chicken schnitzel burger, which came in a hot dog roll which roast chicken instead. Owner/manager hung the phone up on me not once but twice when I called to make a complaint. Food was disgusting soggy cold chips and food that had not been packaged correctly therefore going everywhere throughout the bag. If your looking for a decent chicken place would go anywhere but here save yourself the time and the money.

Absolutly terrible, the place has gone down hill, new management dont seem to know how to run a business and they should be ashamed of how they spoke to their young female staff members infront of customers! DISGRACFUL, will never go their again and will be telling friends and family never to go their again.
Since change of ownership/management this place has gone down hill very fast. Each visit has been pretty average - the staff are generally rude, the food is a little overpriced and the overall service just isn't great. Would like to see this place improved as I'm unlikely to come back
Absolutely disgusting service. Will never eat here again worker on a Sunday swore at my partner and called him every name under the sun because he was asking to seperate the chicken from the chips in a pack as he didnt want gravy on the fried chicken but couldnt do that and had to charge seperatly.. picked a fight with my partner and threatened him in front of his young son... wish I could review it as no stars...
