Very prompt service. Only reason it doesn't score a 5 is because when I ordered my double big Mac, it wasn't stacked nearly and was apart before I could even take it out of the box
Possibly the filthiest most disgusting Mc Donalds I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into, and Ive been to various McDonalds restaurants around Australia ! Where do I start !? Customer service is appalling . In the time it takes for these dumb bums to throw a happy meal in a box, you could have prepared your own 4 course meal ! Food is stale and old . Machines are always broken and I dont think theyre ice cream machine has been fixed since I last stepped in there 2 years ago . Amenities are absolutely filthy . Its not pleasant to take your child into a toilet, to be greeted by poo smeared all over the walls and pools of it on the floor . Had to trek to the main shopping center to use a toilet and its left me genuinely scarred . I think youll find this is quite the norm for this particular McDonalds . Would be great to get even one employee there who could speak decent half understandable English ! I highly recommend giving this McDonalds a huge miss, and heading to the next available !
Very disappointed with the quality of the food and beverages we just received! The frappe we ordered was absolutely disgusting and the nuggets were cold.
It's fine. They get overwhelmed a bit but that's no fault of theirs they're in such a busy area. Staff are friendly. Food is okay if a bit cold sometimes. Still a good quick pitstop though
