This place is so much better than the rest! Pet barn and others are very generic and expensive. This place just has everything! I buy my rabbit pellets in 20kg bags and also my chicken feed as well. The staff are super friendly and are more than happy to carry the goods out for you to your boot!
I am very disappointed with the new staff of this store. I bought an Oranda fish on the 21st and it died 2 days later. I tried to get a refund or exchange and she said they don't refund on live stock. She went on and on that our tank was not good enough when I bought the tank and all of my supplies from their store. I even bought most of my goldfishes such as my Pearlscales from their store and it's been more than 6 months and they are alive and happy in my tank. I have been buying my pet supplies for my rabbits, reptiles, and fishes for almost 2 years now at Fantastic pets and this is how you treat your long time customer. Well, thank you. You just lost one longtime customer.
Nice staff and good selection if products but lose points for selling animals such as rabbits, Guinea Pigs and ferrets which have high surrender rates at shelters
