Great store. They had everything we needed and always happy to answer any questions we have.
Initially want sure about the Narre aquarium add it isn't as big and shiny as your average pet store. Thank goodness we went in for a look! Have been using them for a while now, for everything from replacement plants when the goldy eats them, to the occasional new fish and tank paraphernalia. They specialise in fish and reptiles (as the name would suggest) and this shows with the awesome knowledge and help that you get. The guys are very keen to chat and help, but are quick to dissuade you from a bad buy, even if it costs them a sale, which is a rare commodity nowadays. Awesome range and service, enough said!
The dont have a huge array of fish but they have the common fish people would want. The people are nice here. Some of their prices are much cheaper than other fish places but then again some of their prices are more expensive so it pays to look around.
Great place, staff know what they talking about. Went there after we cleaned our entire fish tank to buy some new fish, staff were very knowledgeable the rep gave us so many tips. I would recommend anyone starting an aquarium to go to this place over any pet store these guys are good
My daughter and I came in yesterday and when we walked in we were acknowledged straight away by smiling staff, making us instantly feel welcome. The shop was very well stocked and had a huge range of products and fish, allowing us to get EVERYTHING we needed and all of the fish looked healthy and happy. Once we had decided on products and fish we spoke to staff and they were very friendly and knowledgeable willing to help and answer any questions we had. They made our shopping experience easy and fun, amazing customer service and we wont shop anywhere else, highly recommend this shop and its friendly staff, best shop in the Narre Warren area.
