Usually very pleasant experience. The staff can be a hit or a miss depending on the day but otherwise most seem to be knowledgable and happy to help. One of my dog is a picky eater and I was able to return the premium brand to opt for another. Nice selection of dog and cat food although the birds department does not have a huge variety of goods.
How this place is even allowed to operate is beyond me . The customer service is virtually non existent . The staff ( or lack thereof ) seem more intent on chatting to one another than serving anyone . I would highly recommend that others avoid the Pet Grooming service like you would the Plague . The apparent Groomers are Rude, unhelpful, and very uncompassionate toward both the Pets and Customers alike, and barely seem to know what they are doing 99 percent of the time ! The 3 times I have taken my dog there for a general nail clip have been distressful ( I honestly gave them the benefit of my doubt by visiting those three times but never EVER again ! ) and purely only as I could not find anywhere else open at the times Ive visited . They hurt my dog each and every time and made her bleed which, in turn incited an infection around her nail areas . They also scream and yell at her rather than try to soothe her which distresses her more and she is old ! The only nice thing I can say, would be about the actual vetinary practise within . Very lovely and professional caring staff for the most part . All in all though, excluding the vetinary practise on-site, I would urge anyone to take time to travel elsewhere to a place whom, actually genuinely cares about your pets !
